These boards are not completely flat. High-fired clays like stoneware and porcelain are much stronger than low-fired ones, but tend to warp slightly, so all boards may have a little bit of a bend (but nothing stops them from laying flat and stable on a table!).

Microwave and dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to keep it looking new for longer (hand washed, it can last a lifetime!)
