Marinated salmon with vegetables
A quick, easy, healthy dish with exotic flavors!

Ingredients: zucchini, carrots, salmon, salted soy sauce, mirin, garlic, lime, fish stock, sesame.
Peel and cut your vegetables into fries, and place them in an ovenproof dish with a drizzle of olive oil and a little garlic. Bake at 200° for about twenty minutes.
Meanwhile, place the salmon cut into pieces in a bowl and cover it with a mixture of 2/3 soy sauce, 1/3 mirin, a clove of garlic, the juice of a lime and a teaspoon of fish stock.
When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the salmon and sauce to the dish. Bake again for about ten minutes, depending on how you like the salmon cooked.
When serving, sprinkle everything with sesame! yum..
