This dish is used to grill pieces of meat with little fat.

The grooves mark the meat like in a restaurant and reduce the surface area for sticking. Perfect for meats, but also scallops, skewers, fish cooked on one side on the skin side (e.g. salmon), vegetables, shrimps and prawns, etc.

Use on all heat sources and on embers.

Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
