To create a Hélios La Douzaine oyster tray , 650 grams of shellfish are reused. It is recommended not to cut any elements on it and to quickly clean any stains or drips after use.

These creations are handmade in a workshop in Nantes via a very low-energy process. Each object thus generates a very low carbon footprint. This artisanal process makes each piece unique, the possible presence of irregularities or fine bubbles resembling a small chip is normal and is not a defect, this is due to manual manufacturing.
