Elastomoule suitable for the simultaneous baking of individual cakes with sharp corners and authentic design. Can also be used for making fondants, savory terrines, rolls, etc. High-quality silicone foam with metal powder: withstands temperatures from -70°C to +300°C.
Dimensions: 300*176 mm - 9 cells
Excellent heat and cold conductivity. Even cooking and caramelization of juices. Smooth interior surface: natural non-stick and easy demolding.
Grease when first using. Bake in a traditional oven or bain-marie. Do not heat with empty forms. Do not put under a grill or in the microwave. Do not use sharp objects in the mold.
Tip: Best use of the mold on a rack or perforated plate.
