Round perforated pie dish, with low edge, made of 1 mm thick aluminium. A plate that is both light and strong. Used for baking tarts, quiches, pizzas, flamenküches…for golden and crispy pastry bases.

Ø 10mm perforations: shape, size and arrangement designed to optimize the circulation of hot or cold air. Excellent diffusion of heat and cold; very good temperature communication. Consistent cooking and freezing or deep-freezing results.

Tip: pie dish to be combined with baking paper or a silicone mat. Do not use with liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Do not use with small foods or for making very small pastries. Do not heat empty. Do not overheat.
