The steel sheet allows the Maillard reaction and a homogeneous diffusion of heat. Excellent cooking results: the dough does not soften, golden and crispy pastries.

Blued sheet metal surface by heat treatment: temporary protection against oxidation; no non-stick coating. Extremely robust plate: remains perfectly flat.

Tip: Either combine with a baking mat or paper or grease well before use. Do not use for cold work.

Care: scrape, brush after use. Lightly grease to protect the sheet metal. Store in a dry place. Do not put in the dishwasher. Do not wash with detergents.
