Elastomoule with 8 or 6 perfect cavities for making traditional Bordeaux Canelés. High quality silicone foam with metal powder: withstands temperatures from -70°C to +300°C.
Excellent conductivity of heat and cold. Even cooking and caramelization of juices.
Smooth interior surface: natural non-stick and easy demolding. Grease before first use.
Cooking in a traditional oven or bain-marie. Do not heat with empty forms. Do not put under a grill or in the microwave. Do not use sharp objects in the mold.
Tip: Best use of the mold on a rack or perforated plate.
Care: hand wash recommended. Recipe sheet provided: created by 7 MOF and/or World Pastry Champions.
