Baumalu induction ceramic copper casserole dish

This casserole dish is made of solid copper with a ceramic non-stick coating that combines the excellent conductivity of copper with the practical, non-stick properties of ceramic.

It is also suitable for all hobs including induction.

Natural non-stick and professional results

Baumalu offers exceptional materials and French expertise, Made in Alsace since 1971. The 1.7 mm copper thickness offered here provides excellent conductivity for perfect cooking control and exceptional results. The cast iron handles allow for safe handling. A design by Cuivres de France.

The ceramic non-stick coating is PFAS/PFOA/PTFE free. It is extremely scratch resistant, easy to clean and retains the properties of a traditional copper utensil.

The special induction base is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. The wide, flat base makes this cookware very stable, even on a gas burner.

Polished using traditional methods, the copper shines to fill your tables with a soft, soothing warmth.

Directions for use:

  • Before first use, wash your utensil with hot water and dishwashing liquid, then rinse and dry.
  • Never leave a utensil heating while empty.
  • Copper can change color during use and over time, but it retains all of its conductive qualities.
  • If cooking with gas, make sure that the flame never extends beyond the bottom.
  • Preferably use utensils made of copper, wood, plastic or silicone to avoid scratching the inside.
  • Never exceed a temperature of 250°C.
  • Be careful with the handles: they can be hot during use. Use insulated potholders.

Interview :

  • Never use harsh detergents
  • Never clean your utensil with bleach
  • No metal sponge or steel wool that would scratch the surfaces
  • Dry thoroughly and store in a dry place
  • Not suitable for dishwasher
