Alchimy glass cover.

This domed lid is suitable for products, excluding pans, from the Alchimy and Affinity ranges. It has a deep rim that fits perfectly with the pouring edges of these two ranges.

It has a stainless steel rim and a stainless steel bridge/button with the de Buyer logo. Made of glass, it provides good visibility during cooking.

Essential for simmering small dishes or keeping preparations warm. It can be put in the oven up to 250°C.
