Trout in a pistachio, almond and cashew nut crust

A simple and delicious recipe that’s a change from the traditional trout with almonds!

In a mixing bowl, mix 50g of melted butter, 30g of flour and 70g of a mixture of pistachios, cashew nuts and almonds that you have reduced to powder. The dough should be crumbly like for a sweet crumble. You can add a little flour if necessary. Place this mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 210 °.

Brown your trout fillet in butter in a pan, and roast it in the butter like meat, basting it regularly.

Place your trout in a dish or plate and place the crumble on top. Drizzle with the rest of the butter from cooking your trout!

Excellent with a simple mash.
