Chocolate tart quiche version!

A recipe that's a change from the usual chocolate tarts... And for good reason, it's more of a chocolate quiche!

- For the shortcrust pastry: mix 100g of butter (salted in our country!), 120g of sugar, 250g of flour and an egg. Pre-cook this pastry spread out in a pie dish for about 10 minutes at 200°

- For the mixture: mix 3 eggs, 25cl of cream, 200g of melted dark chocolate and about 100g of almond powder, pistachios, walnuts... whatever you want!

Pour the mixture onto the pre-cooked dough and bake for another 10-15 minutes!
