Festive and vitamin-packed tartare with kiwi, avocado and white fish!
A vitamin-packed starter to combat the winter gloom! It can also be used as a main course!

As a starter for two people:
- Cut two ripe avocados and two kiwis into small cubes. Personally, I used this Nogent*** kitchen knife, perfect for cutting everything, bought a long time ago and still very sharp!
- Also cut the fish into small cubes. I used smoked swordfish, it was very good, but I think it's delicious with any white fish, smoked or raw. Allow 100g. Ideally, cut on a wooden board or chopping block suitable for food contact (and not on an old plastic board from who knows where!!)
- Place the fish with the avocado and kiwi in a bowl , and add the juice of half a lemon, a generous drizzle of olive oil, a little sesame seeds if you have some, and the same with the Espelette pepper.
- We mix everything together and place it nicely in a dessert ring of this type .
