Roasted broccoli steak with Espelette pepper, feta cream and candied garlic, small anchovies with pepper
After the success of the cauliflower steak on social media, here is a little variation with its cousin broccoli!

Cut the broccoli into slices and brush them with a mixture of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and Espelette pepper. Place the broccoli slices thus seasoned in a roasting dish next to each other. In another small ovenproof dish, put a plate of feta, two peeled garlic cloves and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake both dishes at 200° for about 30 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven, mix the feta and garlic to obtain a cream. Arrange the cream on the plate and place a slice of broccoli on top. For anchovy lovers, place a few pieces of anchovies marinated in chili pepper on top and enjoy!
