Ramen-inspired soup
Opt for a soup that's incredibly simple and a bit different from the traditional pumpkin velouté! A delicious soup with Asian accents, satisfying and comforting!

The quantities in this recipe are for one person.
In a saucepan, place a tablespoon of peanut butter, a teaspoon of Asian chili sauce, a little garlic, a few fresh spinach leaves, and cover with a large bowl of broth. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, place an egg in simmering water for 6 minutes, and place it in cold water at the end of the 6 minutes. When it is no longer hot, remove the shell without breaking it.
Place your pasta in the broth and cook for the time indicated on the package (usually around 4 minutes).
Serve your soup piping hot with your halved egg placed on top!
