Winter salad with lamb's lettuce, pear, walnuts, poached egg and pancetta
A beautiful seasonal salad, ultra-gourmet and comforting!

For one plate (one person):
- Place 3 handfuls of lamb's lettuce on a plate. You'll see that with a nice plate made in Europe , it will be even better! ;)
- Add a whole pear cut into cubes (for a knife that finally cuts, it's here !)
- Season with a drizzle of olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar, according to taste.
- Add one or two poached eggs (about 4 minutes in boiling water)
- and finally, we have the pancetta previously grilled at 250° in the oven, the ideal being to use a good quality roasting / baking dish to avoid unwanted substances coming onto your food under the effect of heat... To avoid this kind of problem, our selection is here !
