Roasted sweet potatoes with goat cheese, honey and nuts

An ultra-simple dish, made with classic ingredients, but still delicious! And discover all our kitchen utensils made in Europe to make it on amphitria.com !

Peel a sweet potato and cut it into slices, place the slices in a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil and a few spices according to your taste. After about 10 minutes at 200 °, take the dish out and place goat cheese slices on the sweet potato slices, then add a drizzle of honey, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper, and put back in the oven for about 10 minutes.

When it comes out of the oven, crumble a little feta on top, and add walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, depending on your taste! A little raw ham if desired and enjoy your meal!
