Half-cooked tuna with asparagus

A healthy recipe for a balanced dinner! A marinated tuna mi-cuit, enhanced by a full-bodied sauce, a purée for consistency and small asparagus dots!

  • Place a nice piece of tuna in a mixture of 2/3 salty soy sauce, 1/3 mirin, a drizzle of honey, and add whatever you like and have on hand. I added a little more sesame oil. I didn't have any more lime or garlic but I think it would be very good too!
  • While the tuna is marinating, brown a bunch of thin asparagus in salted butter and grill them.
  • At the same time, for those who are hungry, you can make a little puree. I made carrots / vitelotte potatoes and it was very good!
  • When the asparagus is cooked, remove it from the heat and grill the tuna over high heat for about 2/3 minutes per side, depending on taste.
  • When the tuna is cooked, remove it and pour the marinade into the same pan over high heat until the sauce caramelizes a little.

Place a little puree, the asparagus, then the tuna, sprinkle everything with the sauce and a few sesame seeds if you have any! A treat!
