Seared salmon with sesame seeds

A great classic but so good!

For two people: Take two salmon fillets and place them in an airtight container. Pour over the lime juice, a tablespoon of mirin, an egg, garlic, and salted soy sauce. The marinade should completely cover the fillets. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the fillets and roll them in sesame seeds. Adding egg to the marinade will help them stay on the salmon while cooking.

In a very hot oiled pan, place your salmon fillets and grill them for 1 to 2 minutes per side. The edges should be cooked and the inside raw. When cooked, remove the salmon and pour the marinade into the same pan until thickened.

Carefully slice your salmon and pour the thickened marinade over it. It's ready!
