Corn waffles, salmon, poached egg and cream cheese

A very simple and delicious recipe for the evening, or how to transform a banal can of corn into an excellent dinner!

For about 4 waffles: Mix 7 tablespoons of corn, 3 tablespoons of Maizena and two eggs. Season as desired! Cook the waffles in the waffle iron and then let them rest on a rack in the oven at 80 °, they will stay hot and will be crispy!

At the same time, make a poached egg. The simple way is to pour an egg into boiling water with a little vinegar and mix gently in a circle until the egg rises. For a very nice poached egg, place plastic wrap in a bowl, break the egg inside, close the plastic wrap over the egg, and place the plastic wrap in the boiling water as you would for a classic egg. This technique will give you a nice round egg!

Garnish your waffle with raw or cooked salmon, poached egg, and cream cheese!

Enjoy your food !!
