Roasted figs with feta, honey, olive oil, pistachios and balsamic
Nothing could be simpler than this delicious recipe, perfect for a remarkable autumn starter!
In a baking dish, place your figs and cut them widthwise to 2/3 of their height (they should not be completely cut in half).
Insert a piece of feta into the slit of each fig. Drizzle with a little olive oil and another with liquid honey.
Bake at 200° for around 15-20 minutes depending on taste.
Arrange on a plate or serving dish, drizzle with their juice, add a drizzle of balsamic cream and a few crushed pistachios.
