Roasted fennel with honey and garlic, creamy cream cheese sauce and pistachio pesto, walnuts

A delicious way to enjoy fennel!

For fennel, mix in a bowl 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a crushed clove of garlic, a little nutmeg, salt and pepper and a drizzle of honey. Mix everything together and brush this mixture on slices of fennel that you have previously cut. Bake at 200° for about 15 minutes.

For the sauce, mix 15cl of light cream, 3 teaspoons of fresh cheese such as Saint Moret and 1 teaspoon of pistachio pesto.
