Chocolate nut cheesecake
A fromage blanc cheesecake recipe that combines chocolate and nuts, while keeping the airy side of the cheesecake!

For a family cheesecake: 450g of fromage blanc, 2 tbsp of flour, 60g of sugar, 1 tbsp of ground almonds, 100g of chocolate and 2 eggs.
For the biscuit base: 150g of walnuts, 100g of ground almonds, 2 tbsp of flour and around 70g of butter.
In a mixing bowl, mix the fromage blanc with the flour, sugar and almond powder. Add the two eggs and mix well again. Melt the chocolate, add it to the mixture and mix again.
Grind the nuts into powder and add the almond powder and then the flour. Melt the butter in the same container as the chocolate and then add the melted butter to the mixture and stir.
Place this mixture at the bottom of a springform pan, crush it well until evenly, then pour the fromage blanc mixture over it.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 190°.
Let cool and unmold! A treat!
