Green cod ceviche: kiwi, fresh spinach and parsley

A perfect starter or even main course for your dinners, light, vitamin-packed and delicious!

Recipe for approximately 200g of cod (served as a main course for 2 people)

Cut your raw cod into thin slices and place them in a salad bowl or mixing bowl.

Dice a kiwi, two good handfuls of fresh spinach, and a few parsley leaves into small cubes. Place them with the cod.

Pour the juice of one lemon and one lime into the salad bowl. Season lightly with pepper and mix everything together.

Refrigerate for about 20 minutes: the cod should have cooked in the lemon.

Serve chilled with a little crumbled feta on top and enjoy! And it's even better served in a beautiful dish 100% made in Europe selected by Amphitria !
