This jar, available in 2 capacities, adapts to all your desires thanks to its hermetic closure system with stainless steel clips to guarantee preparations with heat treatment and recipes on the go. Perfectly waterproof, store and transport your preparations with complete peace of mind. With its removable clips, your Bistrot jar is suitable for daily use and microwaveable. It is also suitable for pasteurization and sterilization of your recipes for long-term conservation. The clips are integral with the stainless steel frame, so there is no risk of loss.

This jar is composed of:

• of a 425 ml or 580 ml jar body
• of a glass cover
• of a 85 mm Le Parfait washer
• of a stainless steel frame with 3 clips

Directions for use: Before each use, wash the jars thoroughly in hot soapy water. Never use metal or abrasive sponges. Let them air dry. The jar is pasteurizable, sterilizable, and can also be used in the microwave and dishwasher without its clips and washer! When using it for long-term storage, remove the metal frame after your heat treatment to check that the vacuum has worked properly. The clip mount can therefore be used on other Bistrot jars.
