Like all La Planche Parfaite models, the PINOT model is manufactured in the workshop located in Saône-et-Loire (71) in the heart of Burgundy.
Each piece of wood is selected and worked by hand to guarantee rock-solid strength so that you can have a board that is as durable as possible.

To promote short circuits, the wood used comes entirely from French forests. Each board is carefully selected for its visual and material qualities. Thus we only keep the best in order to guarantee you a quality product.

A commitment to reforestation
Because the forest is a jewel to be protected, for the purchase of a PINOT board, La Planche Française donates €1 to EcoTree to enable reforestation and the preservation of the biodiversity of French forests.

Interview
This board is not dishwasher or sink safe! A simple wrung out, slightly soapy sponge will do the job.
We invite you to regularly renew the protection with grape seed oil if you use this board daily.
