A 28 x 18 cm cheese bell made from 100% European wood:

• Quality: High-quality beech wood chopping board with juice groove. (Dimensions: 28 x 18 x 9 cm; height between board and lid: 6 cm).
• Function: The cutting board can be used as a kitchen cutting board, lunch board, bread board, serving board, etc. or for storing cheese, cold cuts, bread, cakes, etc.
• Protection: The cutting board is treated with a maintenance oil. The impregnation penetrates deep into the wood and makes the surface hydrophobic. This oil is made from natural ingredients and is not harmful to health or the environment. To preserve and maintain the wood, the cutting board should be re-oiled as needed.
• Care instructions: The cutting board is not dishwasher safe. The quickest and easiest way is to clean with water, then wipe with a cloth and let it dry. The wooden cutting board should never be left in water as it can warp and crack.
• Storage: The cutting board is suitable for storing food in the refrigerator for a short period of time only (max. 24 hours), as the cold draws moisture from the board. This can cause warping or cracking. For longer-term storage, we recommend storing it in the coolest room of the apartment/house (e.g., pantry, cellar, etc.).
