Quick Start:

• Always use a new gasket. Before use, immerse it in boiling water for a few minutes.

• Place the seal on your previously cleaned jar or terrine.

• Proceed with heat treatment immediately.

Practical tips:

• Before closing the jar, make sure its rim is clean so that the seal adheres properly.
• Store your jars in a cool, dry place with the frame unlocked.
