Reclaimed cutting board ideal for cutting cooked meats.
Thanks to Chabret's expertise and its "end grain" manufacturing, you can lightly penetrate the blade of your knife into the wood to make clean cuts. Your cutting board remains very robust and the blade of your knives is preserved during cutting.

By placing a plate under the board, and using its juice collection channel, you can collect the juice from your cooked meats or your fruits in order to add it to your preparations.
Its lower tray is both a presentation tray, very useful for showing off your cuts, but also a juice collection tray.
