Autumn salad of roasted pumpkin with honey and garlic, feta and small nuts and seeds
A comforting recipe for fall evenings!

Cut a pumpkin into cubes and place them in a baking dish. Add a drizzle of olive oil, another of honey, salt, pepper and two crushed garlic cloves. Cook for about 30 minutes at 180°.
When removed from the oven, leave to cool, then serve with crumbled feta, nuts and small seeds such as pumpkin seeds!
Simple and delicious!
