Egg cocotte with goat cheese and apples

An ultra simple and quick recipe, which is different from the ordinary! Perfect for a cozy evening!

Ingredients for a casserole: one egg, cream, half a goat's cheese and a quarter of an apple.

In a small casserole dish, pour a little cream, then break the egg, add the apple in small pieces, half of the goat's cheese in small pieces, cover with cream and put the rest of the goat's cheese on top.

Bake for about ten minutes at 230°!
